Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Prior experience in commercial banking frontline roles and commercial lending.
* Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
* Attention to detail when reviewing agreements and contracts.
* Ability to assess customers' ability to fulfill credit obligations, considering qualitative and quantitative factors.
* Familiarity with risk management concepts, particularly in credit risk and market risk.
* Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML).
* Preferred agricultural industry experience and awareness.
* Preference for tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, Economics, Accounting, or Agricultural Science/Economics.
