About the role
We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our growing team at SM Physio Injury Management Group on a part-time basis. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, workplace injury physiotherapy services to our clients in the Waikiki area. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the rehabilitation and recovery of our patients while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
What you'll be doing
* Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and developing personalised treatment plans for patients
* Providing hands-on physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation
* Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and departments to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care
* Educating patients on their condition, treatment plans, and self-management strategies
* Maintaining detailed patient records and documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards
* Participating in team meetings and ongoing professional development activities
What we're looking for
* A degree in Physiotherapy
* Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Physiotherapist
* Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Physiotherapist, preferably in a musculoskeletal clinical or rehabilitation setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, stakeholders and collaborate with the team
* Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills to effectively manage patient cases
* Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy care
* Flexibility to work part-time hours as required
