Key Responsibilities:
* Promote the radiology product portfolio, including devices, contrast media, and digital solutions to customers in public and private radiology sectors.
* Analyze territories for business opportunities and execute marketing plans to drive sales growth.
* BUILD strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) at top facilities to foster loyalty and advocacy.
* Present and represent the company at trade shows, customer events, and user group meetings to increase brand visibility.
* Provide application support during clinical demonstrations and post-purchase workflow solutions assistance to ensure seamless integration.
* Demonstrate products and offer training or application assistance where necessary to achieve optimal customer satisfaction.
* Supply comprehensive and timely market feedback to the organization.
* Maintain the use of CRM and digital marketing tools daily.
* Conform to expense budgets and submit expense reports on a timely basis.
* Comply with all regulatory, compliance, post-market surveillance, and operational process guidelines.
* Act as the face of the organization to customers.
* Manage complex multi-stakeholder opportunities with long sales cycles.
* Deliver revenue growth through comprehensive account management and key customer management strategies.
Requirements:
* Degree qualified in a scientific or medical field.
* Proven sales experience in radiology or medical devices.
* Knowledge of radiology, informatics, and digital solutions is highly regarded.
* Ability and willingness to travel.
* High-level presentation skills.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with, influence, and educate a range of clinical stakeholders.
* High level of motivation and ability to deliver outstanding customer service to a diverse customer base.
* The ability to meet objectives while operating autonomously.
* Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment and focus on contributing to wider organizational outcomes.
* The ability to work flexibly with competing priorities and deadlines and maintain strong internal relationships to support business activities.
* Hold a full driver's license.
