Job Description
The Store Development Expert will be responsible for creating, supporting and upholding a culture of collective high performance and great customer experiences across the store. This includes undertaking and assisting with the onboarding and induction of team members new to the role, leading product training programs to ensure the sales team are well equipped to demonstrate and sell existing and emerging product categories, and demonstrating and coaching high levels of customer service standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Retail experience in high achieving teams
* Past experience in training and developing people
* Ability to facilitate and partake in training sessions
* Passion for creating great customer experiences
