Role Overview
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering timely therapeutic services, managing caseloads, and collaborating with other professionals to achieve optimal outcomes for individuals with diverse needs and abilities.
Responsibilities
* Manage an allocated caseload and deliver therapeutic services to clients of various ages and abilities
* Deliver early intervention services, including speech sounds, language, feeding, and parent coaching to children and their families
* Assess and implement Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) strategies for individuals with complex communication needs
* Provide functional communication, speech, and language therapy to adults with neurodegenerative diseases, stroke, and acquired brain injury rehabilitation
* Support individuals with neurodivergent conditions and promote neuro-affirming practices throughout the organization
