Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Quantity Surveyor based in the Algarve or Lisbon. The Quantity Surveyor will be bi-lingual (Fluent in English & Portuguese) and responsible for managing various aspects of cost planning and control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), as well as contributing to cost management and reporting. The role also involves engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project financial efficiencies. Opportunities for remote work will be provided in accordance with organizational needs.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management techniques
* Expertise in Cost Planning, including estimation and budgeting for construction projects
* Skilled in Cost Reporting and financial tracking
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
* Proficiency in excel
