About this role:
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Staffing Specialist to join our team in the field of internal recruitment.
* Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates for key positions
* Conducting thorough reference checks and verifying working rights for successful applicants
* Booking medicals and organizing mandatory training sessions for new hires
* Maintaining and updating our recruitment database for seamless tracking
* Developing strong talent pipelines for future projects and initiatives
* Building effective relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
* Collecting and verifying licenses, certifications, and qualifications from candidates
* Supporting onboarding and mobilization activities to ensure a smooth transition for new employees
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in internal recruitment, knowledge of the construction industry, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
In addition to these core responsibilities, the successful candidate will also contribute to ongoing process improvements and help shape the future direction of our recruitment strategy.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
