What You'll Bring

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills & tech savvy with Microsoft Suite and CRM systems.
* Knowledge of funding streams, quality standards, audits, and experience supporting transitions.
* Decision-making, problem-solving, time management, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
* Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively in a team-based environment.
* Relevant qualifications (Certificate IV or Diploma in Community or Aged Care desirable).
