The Opportunity
You'll work closely with a diverse team to deliver efficient, accurate and timely payroll service to our wide range of employees for our Finance Department at our Perth office.
You will also play a key role at looking at ways to continuously enhance our payroll Department's functions and capabilities – making a real impact every day!

What You'll Do
* Provide clear, professional support on payroll questions to HR Team, Managers, and employees.
* Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations (PAYG, Superannuation, SOX, etc.). Timely and precise distribution of required reports.
* Communicate payroll deadlines and requirements to ensure timely paperwork disbursements, and deductions.
* Maintain accurate employee records and manage file archiving per company policy.
* Prepare and deliver payroll reports within set deadlines.
What You'll Bring
* Minimal accounting experience required; training and support provided
* Hands-on experience with SAP or similar large HR/Payroll systems
* Working knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central highly regarded
* Interested in maximizing technology, intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills
