Job Title: RTO Compliance Lead
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled RTO operator to manage compliance within our Adult & Community Education division.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to ASQA standards, leading training operations, documentation, and improvement initiatives. They will also provide strong compliance support to our team members.
1. Maintain a thorough understanding of ASQA standards
2. Develop and implement effective compliance strategies
3. Liaise with stakeholders on compliance matters
4. Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting
5. Promote a culture of excellence in all aspects of training operations.(ul)
