This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of our close-knit onsite community team, providing vital support to residents in one of our brand new, luxury build-to-rent apartments in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the appearance and presentation of residences and shared spaces, responding to resident enquiries, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Job Description
* Maintain cleanliness throughout the community, including waste removal and bin management.
* Assist with apartment make-ready processes and ensure vacant units remain market-ready.
* Respond to maintenance queries, complete minor repairs, and support compliance checks.
* Distribute notices, parcels, and communications to residents.
* Conduct weekly safety checks, including fire alarm testing and emergency lighting.
* Support move-in/move-out procedures and furniture relocation.
Our ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality service delivery.
