About the Opportunity
Marketing Manager - Digital Performance is a high-impact position responsible for leading Webull Australia’s promotional initiatives and omni-channel advertising to accelerate business performance.
In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across a variety of channels to drive traffic, user acquisition, and revenue growth. Leveraging data-driven insights, this role will maximise ROI and support overall business objectives through the effective management of paid media, SEO, and conversion strategies.
Responsibilities
You will:
- Develop, manage, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across search, social, display, programmatic, affiliates, and emerging channels.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics (ROI, CPA, conversion rate), providing actionable insights to improve results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—creative, product, compliance, and analytics—to align all marketing activities with Webull’s business goals.
- Own marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation and reporting to maximise impact by channel.
- Design and conduct A/B and multi-variate tests to refine ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Actively stay on top of digital marketing trends, regulatory updates, tools, and best practices within the financial services environment.
- Build compliant and compelling campaign terms and conditions in line with regulatory developments.
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ relevant experience, ideally within the financial services, fintech or start-up sectors, including a track record in scaling digital channels and acquisition programs.
- Demonstrated strong understanding of investor behaviour and a deep passion for investment products, including stocks, options, and cryptocurrencies.
- Advanced analytical and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Basic knowledge of regulatory compliance, complemented by hands-on experience in developing campaign terms and disclosures.
- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant adtech and marketing automation tools.
- Strategic mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and a proactive approach with ownership of regional marketing outcomes.
