Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service to customers in-store and over the phone
* Process orders, prepare quotes, and handle payments efficiently
* Effectively manage parts inventory and place orders to meet customer demand
* Organize and display parts and accessories in the retail space to optimize sales
* Support the sales team with cross-selling and upselling opportunities to drive business growth
Requirements
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers face-to-face and via phone
* Attention to detail and good numeracy and literacy skills to process transactions accurately
* Proficiency in using computer systems and technology to streamline processes
* Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company
* Interest in farming, agriculture, and the local community to understand customer needs
* Current Forklift license or willingness to obtain if successful to enhance job prospects
* Current WA Driver's License to facilitate transportation needs
* Ability to lift and move parts weighing up to 20kg and stand for extended periods without fatigue
