**Job Title:** Shared Services Support Officer
We're seeking a highly skilled and agile individual to join our Procurement Team within the Transport Shared Services Service Centre based in Wagga Wagga.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service via telephone, live chat, and email to internal and external staff;
* Manage high volumes of enquiries while adhering to set processes and sharing best practice across the team;
* Act as the first point of contact across multiple customer service channels, processing transactions and escalating where necessary in a timely manner;
