We are seeking a Store Manager for new stores in Sydney, leading a luxury retail business.
This is an excellent opportunity to drive the store strategy, provide direction to leadership and sales teams, exceed sales plan and profitability targets, and deliver outstanding client experience.
* Analyze performance, determine action plans, leverage clients, team, visual merchandising, product assortment, and in-store operations.
* Provide direction through morning briefings and goal setting.
* Drive daily feedback and coaching for a winning culture.
* Ensure seamless and luxurious client experiences consistently.
* Develop client development plans to engage and grow high-value and VIP clients.
The ideal candidate has:
Key Qualifications
* Minimum five years' experience leading teams in retail or client-focused environments.
* Sales generation and managing sales results experience.
* Experience working towards targets and KPIs.
* Partnering with high-net-worth individuals in selling environments.
* Ability to inspire trust, integrity, fairness, and professionalism with clients and staff.
* Proven ability to work in fast-paced changing environments.
* Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
* In-depth technical knowledge of precious metals and gemstones is advantageous.
