About the RoleReporting to the Corporate Supply Chain Manager, you'll lead a team of three Material Schedulers and oversee the end-to-end scheduling process. Your focus will be on maintaining optimal inventory levels, supporting supplier performance, and collaborating with internal teams to meet production demands.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of schedulers to deliver high performance.
* Manage daily scheduling operations and drive continuous improvement.
* Align material call-ins with production schedules using SAP MRP.
* Coordinate supplier delivery slots and manage inbound flow constraints.
* Provide accurate forecasts and manage supplier relationships.
* Oversee purchasing for Trading Goods and Co-Packer operations.
* Conduct regular reviews of slow-moving and obsolete materials.
* Collaborate with planning, procurement, and warehousing teams.
What You'll Bring:
* Certificate or diploma in a relevant field.
* 5+ years' experience in MRP systems (preferably SAP).
* Strong background in FMCG supply chain operations.
* Proven leadership experience in scheduling or planning roles.
* Excellent organisational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
