In this role, you are responsible for leading and managing change engagement and communications activities across multiple change initiatives in Wealth and Personal Banking to support the realisation of benefits for our customers, people and community and achieve sustainable outcomes aligned to the broader business strategy. You will also be contributing to and supporting the continuous improvement of our Change Community ways of working.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Write communications to story-tell on the organisation-wide transformation
- Develop, deliver, and evaluate communication plans and campaigns for projects - and communicate this to the business / employees
- Build effective relationships to influence outcomes and support the delivery of outputs that meet the needs of this global brand
- Work with project partners to assist them in developing and implementing communications strategies
- Support the project manager / change manager with training / change related activities
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in a Finance and/or business-related field.
- 5-10 years' work experience with strong business acumen and working in an internal communication role, preferably within financial services and retail banking
- Demonstrated success in designing, developing and implementing communication and engagement plans across multiple transformation projects in a large organisation.
- Exceptional writing and editorial skills, including the ability to manage and produce high quality written material for a wide range of audiences and shared across a variety of channels.
- The ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and across large complex environments, whilst prioritizing your work under pressure.
