Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine
Deliver professional, friendly service while engaging with guests
Recommend drink pairings and upsell to enhance the guest experience
Maintain a clean, stocked, and organised bar area
Work collaboratively with the wider Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service
Qualifications
Previous bartending experience in a busy bar or hospitality setting
Strong product knowledge and confidence in mixing classic cocktails
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable personality
Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
Current RSA certificate essential
