Job Responsibilities
* Manage project profitability and financial performance.
* Develop external relationships within the local property market to enhance our profile and generate new business opportunities.
* Contribute to bid writing and negotiate contracts with clients.
* Collaborate with cost management teams in South Australia and provide support when required.
* Work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
Requirements
* A recognized degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a similar field.
* RICS and AIQS accreditation is preferred.
* Significant experience in cost planning for Healthcare, Education, and Commercial projects.
* Defence experience and baseline security clearance are advantageous.
