**About the Role**:
We are looking for **Support Workers** to join our team at **Assist Lifestyle**. You will be supporting NDIS participants in home and in community, helping them achieve their goals and maintain their independence.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Providing emotional and practical support
- Supporting participants with daily activities and community access
- Encouraging social participation and engagement
- Assisting with personal development, life skills, and independent living
- Implementing positive behaviour strategies as guided by professionals
- Building strong, trusting relationships with participants
**What We’re Looking For**:
✔ Experience in disability support, mental health, or community services
✔ Understanding of psychosocial disabilities and trauma-informed care
✔ A compassionate and patient approach
✔ Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently
✔ NDIS Worker Screening Check & Blue Card (or willing to obtain)
✔ First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain)
✔ Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
