This is a great opportunity to utilise your customer service, sales, and administration qualities, blending them into one. Working closely with your Sales Professional, take an active part in supporting across all stages of the sales process and through the customer's journey.
Based in the North-western suburbs of Sydney,
**this is a full-time, permanent position, 5 days/week (incl weekends**). In addition to the salary package offered there is the opportunity to earn commission.
**More about the role, some of your responsibilities will include**:
- Responding to all sales and after sales enquiries, providing guidance.
- Contribute to sales activities including pre-qualification and follow-up, meet and greet assistance with qualification.
- Assist in maintaining appropriate systems, procedures, and controls.
- Provide a welcoming and helpful interface between the team and key internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent Stockland in alignment with the brand and Stockland's values.
- Use good communication skills to liaise clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the delivery of agreed enquiry conversion rate from enquiry to deposit to settle per project(s).
- Maintain and update sales systems and processes to maximise enquiry conversion and minimise cancellations of deposits for the Region.
- Enhance Stockland's leadership position and reputation in the industry through sustainable sales practices and adherence to the structured sales process.
- Providing exceptional customer service and customer care to everyone who engages with Stockland.
**About you**:
- A strong customer service background from either the property industry, call centre environment or similar.
- Experience & delivery of high-quality administrative tasks and activities.
- Working in a sales and/or customer face to face environment.
- An interest in driving sales.
- Experience in database management.
- Strong in your ability to multi-task, manage your time effectively and well organised.
- You have the ability to engage and build rapport easily with diverse range of stakeholders.
- Motivated to work independently or as part of a team.
- You will need to have your own reliable transport and a full drivers' license
