As the Store Manager, you're the driving force behind maximising sales, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere for your team. To thrive here, you should ideally have:
* Demonstrated people leader who enjoys being present on the floor and leading by example
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate, high-performing team.
* Strong problem‑solving skills and sound judgement in day‑to‑day decision‑making
* Eager to learn all aspects of automotive retail, you bring the Super, we’ll deliver the Auto.
* Operational know-how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.
* Commitment to safety, ensuring compliance with WHS programs and a safe work environment.
Mechanical experience is a bonus, not a must! Retail management experience is ideal, though leaders from hospitality or other customer‑led industries with proven leadership capability are encouraged to apply - your unique background could be exactly what we’re looking for!
