About the Role
The Inclusion Way is seeking caring and motivated Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. We currently have opportunities for casual and part-time positions supporting NDIS participants in their own homes across the Bellarine Peninsula.
You'll play a vital role in assisting young people (primarily aged 4–25 years) to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals — all while ensuring a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment.
What You'll Be Doing
* Providing in-home support during morning and evening routines (before and after school/work hours).
* Assisting participants with personal care, meal preparation, and daily living tasks.
* Promoting independence, wellbeing, and community participation.
* Working collaboratively with families and our broader support team.

What We're Looking For
* Empathetic, reliable, and values-driven individuals.
* Experience in disability, youth, or community support (preferred but not essential).
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid, CPR, and Working with Children Check.
* Availability for early morning and/or evening shifts on the Bellarine Peninsula.
Tasks and Responsibilities
* Assisting with centre and community based group activities and excursions & personalised care at home.
* Providing direct care to individuals e.g. personal care, medication administration, meal preparation & assistance.
* Considering and managing risks to the health, safety & wellbeing of participants.
* Following organisational policies and procedures including completion of administrative tasks.
* Communicating & liaising with other staff and reporting to team leaders daily.
