We are seeking an exceptional Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in a high-profile integration program between two leading organisations. This is a 6-month contract offering immediate engagement on a transformative initiative following a major corporate acquisition. About the Role: As the appointed Business Analyst – Integration, you will take ownership of the operational and service delivery stream of the integration workstream, helping to harmonise processes between two large-scale businesses that currently operate under distinct IT and operational models. This is a greenfield opportunity to influence strategic direction and lay the foundation for future-state service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead the discovery and analysis phase to understand differences and overlaps in IT service delivery and operational models. Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops across both businesses to capture current-state processes, systems, and pain points. Develop a compelling and structured business case to support the integration initiative, considering people, process, and technology. Create detailed process maps and operational models, highlighting opportunities for alignment, optimisation, and standardisation. Contribute to or lead the RFP (Request for Proposal) process to identify and engage external vendors for solution delivery. Ensure all recommendations and deliverables are aligned with ITIL principles and best practices in service management. Act as the bridge between executive stakeholders, IT, operations, and external vendors to ensure seamless communication and effective execution. About You: Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Lead BA, preferably on large-scale integration or transformation projects. Strong background in ITIL-based service delivery, IT operations, and process optimisation. Demonstrated ability to build business cases that support enterprise change and investment decisions. Experience in RFP/tender management, including vendor evaluation and selection. Excellent documentation, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement skills. Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with multiple stakeholder groups.
