Offer description

This full-time Inventory Administration Support position at BrownWigg offers a fantastic opportunity to join leading retailer of Rural Merchandise and Hardware throughout Gippsland, servicing the Agricultural, Domestic and Industrial Sectors.

Reporting to the Inventory and Procurement Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting the overall supply chain operations.

Relevant qualifications in supply chain, logistics or a related field would be highly regarded but not mandatory.


What you'll be doing

* Management of new products.
* Maintain up to date and competitive pricing across the range.
* Ability to analyse and report on inventory data.
* Coordinate and oversee ongoing stock take targets.
* Efficiently handle all staff product enquiries.
* Develop effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders and provide timely support.
* Identify opportunities to streamline inventory processes and make recommendations for improvements.


Key Selection Criteria

* Proven experience in an inventory administration or similar support role, ideally within a retail environment.
* Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
* A proactive and problem‑solving mindset to continuously identify and implement process improvements.
* Ability to effectively represent the company with a positive outlook, a desire for personal growth and pride in personal presentation.
* Ability to work within the team environment, encourage and support other team members.
