Role Summary: This pivotal position sits within the Marketing team and involves close collaboration with operations, production, sales, and supply chain. You will manage the lifecycle of product information, developing and coordinating advertising strategies, packaging artwork, labelling, and export customer coordination. Ensuring in market marketing support, accurate, compliant, and timely across multiple markets. The role offers opportunities for growth as the business evolves.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Management & Market Support:
* Act as the primary contact for export customers, maintaining a comprehensive view of their needs, order history, and market conditions.
* Build and nurture professional relationships with export partners to drive long-term growth.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment, monitoring workflows and resolving issues proactively.
* Manage unique labelling, packaging, and regulatory requirements for exports, including GS1 product data maintenance.
* Support market development through promotional activities, product launches, samples, and trade events.
Cross-Market Product Information & Artwork Management (Domestic + Export):
* Develop and maintain a library of label and carton artwork, handling updates, version control, and approvals.
* Oversee GS1 product data reviews, updates, and compliance for all SKUs.
* Audit and compile a centralized product information library, including data sheets, specifications, nutritional info, dimensions, photography, and compliance docs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Production, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain teams to provide accurate product information.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for data accuracy and workflow efficiency.
Continuous Improvement & Role Evolution:
* Streamline processes for product data, export coordination, and artwork.
* Contribute ideas to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience.
Skills & Experience Required:
Essential:
* FMCG experience with major retailers including Tesco's and Aldi
* Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
* Experience in product data management, supply chain coordination, or marketing support roles (e.g., campaign production, brochure/leaflet development, or rebranding projects).
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proven ability to manage timelines, competing priorities, and deadlines effectively.
Desirable:
* Experience with export markets or international customers in FMCG.
* Background in FMCG, food & beverage, manufacturing, or retail sectors.
* Understanding of packaging, artwork processes, and regulatory requirements.
* Proficiency in digital asset management, project coordination tools (e.g., CRM systems, CMS like WordPress/HubSpot, or design tools like Canva).
* Familiarity with GS1 or similar product data systems.
