Construction Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled Construction Coordinator to oversee a portfolio of client files and provide exceptional customer service.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative or customer service capacity within the construction industry.
* Oversee a portfolio of 60-70 client files
* Permit Applications (Building Permits, Occupancy Permits)
* Booking and Conducting Contract Appointments
* Customer Service
* Problem Solving
* Preparing clients for settlement
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Effective communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to prioritise, plan and achieve project objectives across multiple concurrent projects
* Understanding of construction techniques, terminology, costs and ability to communicate in layman's terms
