ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Site Admin at Norton Gold Fields, you are responsible for the provision of site accounting, clerical and general administrative support to the open-pit mining operation. This includes data entry, record management, maintaining safety and other databases, generating daily, weekly and monthly reports and providing administrative support to the technical and operational staff as required.
* Act as the first point of contact for visitors and staff, ensuring inductions, sign-ins, and professional site representation.
* Provide accurate and timely data entry, reporting, and record management across safety, operations, and contractor hours.
* Maintain Open Pit rosters, manage leave planning, and support onboarding of new starters, including PPE, travel, and induction needs.
* Liaise with HR, Payroll, and Accounts Payable on employee queries, timesheets, expense claims, invoices, and outstanding documentation.
* Coordinate purchasing, receipting, and stock management of supplies, uniforms, PPE, and site amenities in line with company procedures.
* Support site communication by distributing announcements, maintaining noticeboards, preparing meeting notes, and updating visual management boards.
* Deliver general administrative support to managers and supervisors, ensuring smooth day to day operations, document control, and office systems.
ABOUT YOU
* At least 12 months of Administration experience (Essential).
* Current, unrestricted Western Australian Class "C" Driver's Licence (Essential).
* Intermediate level of computer literacy, and proficiency with MS Suite, PRONTO or similar ERP software (Essential).
* Previous experience in an Open-Pit/Cut site environment (Desirable).
* Certification in Business Administration or similar qualification (Desirable).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to converse with people at all levels.
