Tooling Project Assistance
LOCATION:
Ayr, Queensland
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Tooling Project Assistant to join the team at Honeycombes Sales and Service in our Ayr, Queensland location.
This is a three-month contract role where you will provide critical support to our Safety and Compliance Manager ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

What we are looking for:
1. Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
2. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
3. Experience in a project support or administrative role, preferably in a trades or safety environment
4. Ability to priorities tasks, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
5. Must hold a full Queensland Driver licence
6. Must hold a fork lift licence
7. A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
8. There may be occasion for you to travel and stay over-night
Responsibilities:
1. Providing administrative and organisational support to the Safety and Compliance Manager.
2. Assisting with the coordination and scheduling of project activities
3. Maintaining accurate records and documentation for project activities
4. Preparing and distributing project status reports and other communications
5. Liaising with internal stakeholders to gather information
6. Supporting the implementation of project management processes and tools
7. Performing other ad-hoc duties as required
