About The Service
baiyangbaiyaang is a statewide, comprehensive eating disorder treatment service delivering specialist care across two programs:

* The Eating Disorder Day Program (EDDP), based in Newcastle.
The NSW REDC provides an innovative, rehabilitation-focused model of care for people aged 16 years and over with an eating disorder, delivered in a homelike environment. The skilled multidisciplinary team provides intensive individual and group-based interventions, addressing both eating disorder treatment and broader psychosocial functioning and quality of life. The EDDP offers a structured group therapy program four days per week as an adjunct to ongoing care. The program includes supported meals (breakfast, morning tea, and lunch), education, and skills-based groups, supporting participants to build independence and recovery-focused habits outside program hours.
