An exciting opportunity exists for a Logistics Coordinator with strong organisational and time management skills to join the Danfoss team based in our head office in Dandenong South.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following.
- Responsible for the coordination of import shipments into the Warehouse and direct to customer shipments as required.
- Liaise with freight forwarders and 3PL providers to ensure timely processing and delivery of inbound shipments as per the KPI targets.
- To validate and process all sea freight, air freight, and courier import shipments into Danfoss' Internal Logistics portal for KPI monitoring and reporting.
- To prepare and process all local/ domestic inbound shipments into the Logistics Portal.
- Responsible for the processing of regular export shipments to New Zealand and elsewhere as required.
- Receive and resolve general Logistics/ freight inquiries.
- To liaise with 3PL warehouse, Logistics and sales operations staff in the preparation of export shipments and relevant documentation.
- To prepare and allocate all import and export accounts for invoice processing via Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) within SAP.
- To provide administrative support and back up to the Logistics Manager - Pacific, as required.
**Background & Skills**:
- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications e.g., Logistics, Supply Chain, Business etc or demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Experience with SAP & Warehouse Management systems (WMS)
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate large volume of diverse import/ export shipments
- Computer literacy, capable in MS Excel, Word
- Knowledge of Transport Management Systems (TMS)
- Basic accounting knowledge and comprehensive numeracy skills
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team across multiple departments
- Flexible and demonstrated ability to plan and organise workload in a fast-paced environment
- Able to navigate a complex Logistics landscape with sound problem-solving abilities
