Reporting to our Chief Operating Officer, the Head of Padel will lead the strategic and operational development of Padel as a flagship product within Clublinks' growing Padel portfolio.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future and establish Clublinks as Australia's leading Padel provider.
You'll drive growth through venue integration, customer experience excellence, and community engagement, ensuring Padel becomes a profitable offering.
This role combines big-picture strategy with hands‑on delivery, balancing commercial performance, operational standards, and grassroots development.
Develop and execute the national padel growth strategy aligned with Clublinks' business objectives.
Identify new market opportunities and support site selection for padel courts in investment and managed venues.
Build partnerships with councils, schools, corporates, and sports bodies to accelerate adoption.
Ensure consistent service standards and safety compliance across all padel venues.
Own P&L for the padel business unit; deliver revenue and margin targets.
Develop pricing models, membership structures, and ancillary revenue streams (coaching, events, sponsorship).
Create grassroots programs, tournaments, and social leagues to build a strong padel community.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to position padel as a premium, accessible sport; drive campaigns and influencer engagement.

Other skills and experience we are looking for Strong knowledge of padel and/or racquet sports
Proven leadership in sports operations or leisure facility management
Strong commercial acumen and P&L management experience

Proven ability to work and perform in a high paced, active environment
