**Orthopaedic Training Experience**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Orthopaedic Registrars/Senior Registrars to join our busy surgical team.
This is a hands-on role providing comprehensive inpatient and outpatient orthopaedic services. You will gain unparalleled exposure to a wide range of trauma, elective, and reconstructive orthopaedic conditions while working closely with specialist surgeons in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
Our ideal candidate will have strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a cross-cultural environment. A commitment to improving Indigenous health outcomes is also essential. Passion for delivering high-quality patient care and supporting junior staff is required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality clinical care to inpatients and outpatients within the Orthopaedic Department.
* Participate in operating theatre lists, including opportunities to perform surgeries under supervision (Registrar level).
* Supervise junior doctors and contribute to education programs for interns, residents, and medical students.
* Take part in the on-call roster to support 24/7 service delivery.
* Engage in research, quality improvement, and peer review activities.
* Foster a positive, safe, and culturally respectful workplace.
