**Project Support Officer - NSW Government**
- Newcastle location/Hybrid role
- $44 - $48ph + super
- Full time, Monday to Friday

- 3 month initial contract with view to extent
This large Government organisation requires a Project Support Officer with outstanding administration skills, offering a supportive environment with working flexibility.
**Your day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Provide secretarial and executive support
- Effective and accurate stakeholder communication
- Coordinate appointments, travel, conferences and seminars
- Gather, collate and prepare documentation, reports and correspondence
- Respond to enquiries, and escalate and redirect issues as required to ensure the provision of accurate information
**Skills and experience**:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to make decisions and prioritise
- Fast learner and ability to take initiative
- Ability to make decisions and prioritise tasks
- Strong attention to detail
**Job Types**: Full time, Fixed term
Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: $44.00 - $48.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
