A high quality, mostly northern suburbs rent roll portfolio is in place already and has been carefully nurtured by the previous owner for over two decades with an exceptional reputation for customer service.
Looking to continue this level of service, we are seeking a energetic individual that can work autonomously and is results driven that has pride in their work and a can do attitude.
Willing to negotiate salary for the ideal team member based on experience but also willing to consider casual employment with the idea to grow into a full time position over time.
While we wait for our property manager vehicle there will be a car allowance paid for your own vehicle use.
This role offers the ability for the right person to be promoted within the company.
Salary is from $75,000 p/a based on experience plus super, car allowance and work phone.
A small team ensures you will be working with and supported by the director of the company so decisions or ideas to improve your day to day role will be listened to and considered.
