To be considered for the Pick Packing roles involve working in a structured and organised environment, ensuring products are accurately packed, labelled, and prepared for dispatch. Successful candidates will perform tasks such as:
✅ Picking and packing products according to orders
✅ Sorting and labelling items for accurate identification
✅ Conducting quality checks to ensure goods meet required standards
✅ Manual handling tasks, including lifting, stacking, and moving goods
✅ Palletising and preparing orders for dispatch
✅ Maintaining a clean and safe work space in line with WHS guidelines
What We Are Looking For: To be successful in these roles, you should be:
🔹 Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
🔹 Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive tasks, lifting, and standing for long periods
🔹 Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
🔹 Detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in picking and packing orders
🔹 Team-oriented, as you will be working closely with others to meet daily targets
🔹 Flexible with availability, as shifts may vary based on demand
Previous experience in warehousing, pick-packing, or production is highly regarded, but not essential.
Training may be provided for the right candidates.
Shifts & Availability:
📍 Day shifts: 7 AM – 3 PM
📍 Casual on-call roles with potential ongoing opportunities
📍 Monday to Friday availability preferred
