About the Role
As a Client Service Manager, you'll be the right hand to our brokers, managing deals end-to-end and ensuring an exceptional client experience from application through to settlement.
You'll get hands-on exposure to everything from land and construction loans to complex scenarios, while developing the skills to advance into a senior role or broker seat over time.
What You'll Do:
* Collect and prepare loan documents for submission and approval
* Liaise with clients, brokers, lenders, and solicitors to keep deals moving smoothly
* Research policies, structure deals, and troubleshoot complex lending scenarios
* Support the broker with administration, compliance, and client updates
* Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and client experience
About You
* 2+ years' experience in banking, credit assessment, lending, or loan processing
* Detail-oriented with strong organisational and communication skills
* Passionate about client outcomes and problem-solving
* Motivated to grow into a senior or broker role within the business
