The Role
We are seeking passionate Bathhouse Wellness Advisors to welcome guests into our immersive hydrotherapy environment and guide them through their wellness journey.
From creating a serene atmosphere to ensuring safety and wellbeing, from educating guests on thermal bathing practices to maintaining impeccable presentation — you will play an integral role in shaping calm, memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and orient guests, introducing them to the hydrotherapy circuit and facilities
* Conduct brief consultations to understand guest needs and wellness intentions
* Educate guests on the benefits of thermal bathing and hydrotherapy practices
* Monitor guest wellbeing and safety throughout their bathhouse experience
* Maintain exceptional presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
* Provide personalised recommendations for post-bathhouse rest and self-care
* Promote memberships, packages, and special offers to encourage ongoing guest connection
* Support colleagues to deliver seamless, high-quality service at every touchpoint
* Complete water quality testing, compliance documentation, and incident reporting as required

About You
* Previous experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality (preferred)
* A warm, composed communicator who connects easily with a diverse guest base
* Strong service mindset with genuine care for guest experience and wellbeing
* Knowledge of hydrotherapy principles or holistic wellness practices (advantageous)
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate and Working With Children Check
* Lifesaving or RSA qualifications (advantageous)
* Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
* Physically comfortable working in warm, humid, and low-light environments
