About the role
Betts is back and we're looking for a creative, strategic and commercially‐minded Social, Campaign & Partnerships Manager to grow our brand presence across all channels.
This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives at the intersection of content, culture and community, owning everything from day‐to‐day social through to big‐picture campaign strategy and brand collaborations.
You'll join a passionate team and have the opportunity to build and lead a growing function, starting out as operational on the tools with a content creator and social/influencer coordinator eventually reporting to you over the next 3‐4 months as we build out our team.
What you'll own
Social media management
Lead strategy, planning and execution across all Betts social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook and beyond). Drive growth, engagement and community through culturally relevant, on‐brand content.
Campaign planning & execution
Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns (high‐production photo and video through to lo‐fi) across seasonal launches, product stories and brand moments, from creative brief to performance review. Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure campaigns are cohesive across all touchpoints.
Content creation & direction
Own the content calendar and oversee production of engaging assets across formats: video, static, story, editorial and UGC. Brief and direct creators, photographers and production partners to bring the Betts aesthetic to life.
Brand collaborations, events & partnerships
Identify, pitch and manage brand partnerships, events and collaborations that align with Betts' aesthetic and values. Negotiate and activate partnership agreements, and oversee delivery from concept through to campaign reporting.
Team leadership (growing)
Play an active role in building out the content, social and influencer team set to report into this role. Help define processes, ways of working and culture as the function scales.
What we're looking for
* 5+ years of experience in social media, marketing or brand management, ideally within fashion, retail or a consumer lifestyle brand
* A strong creative eye and deep understanding of what resonates on social, across both short‐form video and editorial formats
* Proven experience building and managing brand partnerships or collaborations end‐to‐end
* Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Analytical confidence: you're comfortable reading channel data and translating insights into action
* People‐first attitude with the ability (or desire) to step into a leadership and mentoring role as the team grows
* Based in Melbourne and available to work on‐site with the team
