Job Description
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee and supervise daily maintenance operations to ensure efficient operation of the facility in accordance with established standards and procedures.
You will be responsible for ensuring on-site safety, continuous process improvement through preventive and predictive maintenance, effective communication and management of on-site teams and contractors, operating and monitoring inspection of all plant equipment, and reviewing and maintaining compliance with all policies and procedures.
This role requires a mechanical trade background and experience in maintaining a processing plant, as well as Class C/HR Driver's License, First Aid Certificate, understanding of Hydraulics and Conveyor Systems, working at heights and elevated work platforms, strong communication and customer service skills, and desirable Forklift, Front End Loader, Excavator or other tickets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily maintenance operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with established standards and procedures.
* Ensure on-site safety by prioritizing hazard control and implementing corrective actions.
* Implement continuous process improvement through preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
* Effectively communicate and manage on-site teams and contractors to meet site requirements.
* Operate and monitor inspection of all plant equipment to prevent downtime and optimize performance.
* Review and maintain compliance with all policies and procedures to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
* Mechanical trade background and experience in maintaining a processing plant.
* Class C/HR Driver's License.
* First Aid Certificate.
* Understanding of Hydraulics and Conveyor Systems.
* Working at heights and elevated work platforms.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Forklift, Front End Loader, Excavator or other tickets desirable.
