Job Description
The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support, utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain a positive and productive working environment.
 * Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
 * Process and manage invoices, scheduling, and CRM updates with accuracy and attention to detail.
 * Support the preparation of quotes, sales calls, and follow-ups on social media leads.
 * Maintain accurate document control systems and assist with reporting and compliance tasks.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will require:
 * A certificate III or IV in Business Administration (or equivalent).
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
 * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
 * A proactive and flexible attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
