CMBM Facility Services is a proudly Queensland-owned and operated business providing high-quality facility and cleaning services across the state. We're seeking an experienced and motivated Client Services Manager (CSM) to lead our cleaning operations across multiple client sites in the Bowen region.

About the Role
As the CSM, you will oversee daily cleaning operations across your portfolio, manage and support your teams, and ensure all contractual and safety requirements are met.
You will play a key role in team performance, rostering, timesheet approvals, and maintaining service excellence for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure reliable and timely attendance at all allocated client sites
* Proactively resolve client issues while maintaining high service standards
* Supervise, support, and coach cleaning teams to meet service and safety requirements
* Coordinate staff rosters and approve timesheets
* Conduct regular checks to ensure cleaning equipment is safe and serviceable
* Maintain full compliance with client and CMBM policies, procedures, and site safety rules
* Perform general cleaning duties when required, including:
* Floor scrubbing and mopping
* Cleaning offices, kitchens, staff rooms, and amenities
* Consumables replenishment and waste removal
* Provide regular feedback to management and act as the key point of contact for site-based issues
* Support stock control and equipment ordering
* Use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint for communication and reporting
* Identify opportunities to promote and upsell additional services to increase account value
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in commercial or industrial cleaning
* Previous experience leading and supervising cleaning teams
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Confidence in customer service and building strong relationships
* Proactive and reliable approach with high attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple sites and work autonomously
* Strong administrative and computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Willingness to learn new systems and processes (e.g. SharePoint and internal software)
* Current QLD Driver's Licence (essential)
* Construction White Card (or willingness to obtain)
* Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
