Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, cultivate partnerships, and develop strategic sales initiatives to expand our market presence.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Business development and account management within the MICE and Leisure sectors or identified target markets
* Providing quotations for conference and events proposals covering venue, function, menu, and accommodation costs to maximize revenue
* Implementing sales strategies as directed and ensuring targets are achieved, with regular reviews
* Negotiating rates, terms, and conditions
* Working with cross-functional teams to drive sales and monitor success
Required Skills and Qualifications
