Project Manager - Site Services Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Site Services to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in the management and execution of construction projects within site services.
Your responsibilities will include providing technical support to project managers, reviewing and interpreting client engineering drawings, collaborating with project teams, designing and documenting installation methodologies, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and technical codes.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary Qualification - University degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or related field;
* Experience - 5-8 years of experience in a similar role within a comparable-sized organisation;
* Site Experience - Proven site-based experience in an industrial environment or heavy industry;
* Safety Requirements - Solid understanding of industry safety requirements and standards;
* Communication Skills - Excellent written communication skills for preparing documentation and reports;
* Customer Service - Highly developed customer service and networking skills;
* Licenses - Current driver's license;
* Software Skills - Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and MS Project.
