The Opportunity
You’ll be the Senior Site Manager responsible for one stage of a large master-planned apartment development in Hamilton.
The current stage is a $70m apartment build, with a programme running through to late 2027. Earlier stages have already been delivered by this builder, and the remaining towers are locked in, providing long-term continuity on the same site.
Outside of this project, the business also delivers large multi-residential and aged care projects across Brisbane and coastal Queensland, giving strong job security beyond this development.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Running a $70m apartment project end-to-end
* Managing multiple work fronts, trades and subcontractors
* Leading site teams day-to-day
* Owning programme, safety, quality and finishes
* Coordinating consultants, suppliers and site logistics
* Reporting to senior leadership while running the job autonomously
What You Bring
* Experience as a Site Manager on $50m+ multi-residential projects
* Proven ability to run large crews and complex sites
* Strong understanding of structure, finishes and sequencing
