Work with a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to individuals in need.
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will work closely with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake Occupational Therapy assessments, including activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment assessments.
* Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans that promote independence, work capacity, and overall well-being.
* Design and implement intervention programs using occupation to improve functional performance, independence, and work capacity.
* Identify barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs that support individuals to achieve maximal work participation.
* Empower clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals by understanding various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes.
Requirements:
* Australian recognized degree qualification in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA accreditation.
* Ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey.
* Commitment to a high level of customer service to clients and customers.
* Willingsness to work in the community (must have drivers license and access to own vehicle).
* Current or able to obtain Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
