Job Title: Data Collection Officers
Job Description
Data collection officers are sought to join our team at the Albany head office. As a data collection officer, you will be responsible for conducting survey activities, including downloading survey packs, completing run sheets, and capturing data in the field.
Key Responsibilities
* Attend regular briefings with the customer's representative via MS Teams and in-person at the Bunbury and Albany offices.
* Conduct surveys, ensuring that all necessary information is collected accurately and efficiently.
* Follow up with staff and/or business operators through face-to-face meetings, emails or phone calls when the business is too busy to assist at the survey time.
* Submit daily timesheets accurately recording hours worked in accordance with the contractor's instructions.
Requirements
* Familiarity with the survey area is highly desirable.
* Ability to read and interpret maps.
* Good customer service skills with the ability to negotiate or resolve conflict.
* Good communication skills.
* Solid computer operating skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency, Google Maps, and desktop research skills; the ability to work independently and autonomously in varied environments (office, on-site, home-based).
