We're seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to manage the operational performance of a portfolio of commercial assets in a client-side, corporate environment. This role suits candidates from commercial property management, facilities management, contract management, or client-side project management backgrounds.
This is a largely autonomous role focused on service delivery, compliance, contractor management, and stakeholder engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing day-to-day building operations and essential services
* Managing contractors, consultants, and service agreements
* Ensuring WHS, statutory, and building compliance obligations are met
* Managing operational budgets, reporting, and forecasts
* Overseeing fit-outs and minor works projects
* Acting as the key point of contact for tenants and internal stakeholders
* Participating in an after-hours/on-call roster

* Experience in a commercial, client-side environment
* Strong understanding of building services, compliance, and service delivery
* Confident managing contractors, budgets, and multiple priorities
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
