Hybrid work three days office/two days home Fortitude Valley location Large Digital Program The Program Coordinatorrole is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of a large scale digital Program and associated projects. Working closely with key stakeholders across the organisation, the role will be responsible for assisting in the development of formal and comprehensive projects plans, budgets, supporting estimates, records, and registers for the Program. This includes assisting with managing scope, deliverables, schedules, organisational change requirements, quality reviews, issues, risks, and benefits. It is essential the Program Coordinator utilises project management best practices on assigned projects. Using the project management approach (including all standards, methodologies, procedures, tools, and templates) and project reporting framework agreed by the organisation, the Program Coordinator is responsible for assisting Digital and Information projects to be managed in a consistent way that enables quality outcomes. The Program Coordinator will place emphasis on demonstrating initiative, flexibility and self-direction whilst undertaking supporting tasks, ensuring effective day to day operations are maintained. Key Experience required for this role: General work experience with comprehensive project management experience to fully competent level. (Over 3 years to 6 years). Demonstrated experience working within an ICT project environment, including planning, financial management, risk management, and reporting. Demonstrated knowledge and application of project management methodologies (preferably PRINCE2). Demonstrated ability to develop and manage one or more stakeholder groups. Proven effective consultation, facilitation, written and oral communication skills for use in a complex project environment. Demonstrated analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to work in a team environment developing effective working relationships with team members. Key Requirements for this role: Available immediately.
