Job Overview

The Depot Manager role involves overseeing depot administration tasks, including managing leave registers, building driver rosters, processing charter bookings and ensuring licence compliance.

Incident investigation will include customer complaints, bus occurrence reports, and reviewing CCTV footage as necessary.

The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining operational consistency with national operating frameworks.

They will also assume responsibility for the achievement of contractual and internal KPIs.

* Coaching team members to develop their performance and offering feedback
* Developing desired skills and work ethic within teams

* Managing depot operations and resources
* Ensuring depot activities are aligned with company goals
* Maintaining accurate records and reports
